This isn’t a generic course that tells you what everyone should be doing. We firmly believe that everyone and every business is unique, and we want to build what’s best for you. There are, of course, commonalities in where we see the majority of clinics have success and will help implement strong, proven strategies, but we want your business to be uniquely yours. We spend time in various ways in and around your business, digging through your current data and discovering insights and valuable trends that we can share with you to optimize your practice and your people.

Once we’ve spent time in your business, with you and your practitioners, and your administrative staff, we’ll provide you with a complete report at the end of findings we’ve uncovered, recordings from trainings provided to everyone so you can revisit them or use them in the future for new team members you bring in.
Using your completed report, we’ll spend some time mapping out what the next 12 months of success could look like for you. This will give you clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) so you know where you’re hitting your goals and track growth.

Our standard service is $1999 which includes a wholistic review of your business, 1:1 coaching for you and your team*, tools for your business to grow and thrive, and a detailed breakdown of your next steps after we’ve spent time together to build your goals.
*1:1 coaching for small teams of 5 or less. For larger teams, 1:1 coaching will be provided for owners and primary operators like office managers. Extra for practitioners or other group administrative staff.
